Mikiko Uesugi is a scenic designer based in San Francisco. Recent credits include: Citizen, Home for Word for Word, It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play for Ross Valley Players, The Nightingale & Erwartung for West Edge Opera, Colonialism is Terrible, but Pho is Delicious, Wives for Aurora Theater, Monument, or Four Sisters for Magic Theatre. She has designed for Shotgun Players, Crowded Fire, Theater Works, ACT M.F.A Program, Berkeley Repertory Theater, among others. She is a resident artist at Golden Thread Productions, a recipient of the NEA/TCG Career Development Program for Designers and The Isadora Duncan Dance Award.
