Ben Reese

Ben Reese is a Bay Area native who works as a live sound engineer for theaters and clubs around San Francisco. He became interested in mixing after attending music school in 2018. It wasn’t until 2021, when an encounter with SFBATCO introduced him to the local SF theater industry. Through working events and shadowing senior engineers, his workflow and knowledge solidified, and a career soon formed. As the recently appointed lead sound engineer/assistant technical director at "Brava! For Women in the Arts", he continues to grow his understanding of the craft, while producing and running a variety of shows.
